1. Who processes your data

The controller of the personal data collected on this website is the Seller (Tax ID —). Processing is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

2. What data we collect

• recipient's first and last name;
• phone number;
• city and Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker;
• e-mail (if you provided it) and the order comment;
• order contents and amount, technical data (IP address — for spam protection).

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

Data is processed to place and fulfil the order, arrange delivery and payment, communicate about the order, keep records and comply with legal requirements. The legal basis is the consent of the data subject and the necessity to perform the contract (offer).

If you started placing an order but did not finish it, the name, phone number, email and cart contents you entered are kept for up to 2 days: we may contact you once or send an email with a link that restores your cart.

4. Sharing data with third parties

• Nova Poshta — for delivery (recipient, phone, city, branch);
• monobank (JSC “Universal Bank”) — for online payment;
• SendPulse — to send emails about your order (email address, order items and total);
• to public authorities — in cases expressly provided for by law.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Storage and protection

Data is stored in a secure database for the period necessary to fulfil the order and to comply with legal requirements. Only authorised persons of the Seller have access to it. Data on the website is transmitted over a secure connection (HTTPS).

6. Cookies, localStorage and analytics

The website uses the browser's local storage (localStorage) to run the cart and remember your delivery details on your device, and also keeps anonymised visit statistics (page and product views not linked to a person). If Meta Pixel or Google Analytics services are connected on the website, they may use their own cookies to measure advertising effectiveness. You can clear cookies and storage in your browser settings.

7. Your rights

You have the right to know about the processing of your data, to access it, to request its correction or deletion, and to withdraw your consent to processing. To do so, contact us by e-mail — or via the contacts on the “Contacts” page.

The Seller may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page.
