Terms of Use of the Website<\/b><\/p>\n

  1. General Provisions <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1.1. This agreement defines the terms of use of materials and services on the v-verde.ua website (hereinafter \u2013 the site, online store, seller) by Users (Buyers) of VERDE.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.2. This Public Offer Agreement is public, meaning that in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, its terms are the same for all buyers regardless of their status (individual, legal entity, individual entrepreneur). By fully agreeing to this Agreement, the User (Buyer) accepts the terms and procedures for placing an order, paying for goods, delivering goods, and responsibility for non-compliance with the terms of this Agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.3. The offer (proposal to conclude this agreement) is valid indefinitely, subject to the terms outlined in this offer, until the Administration of the site terminates it or replaces this offer with a new version.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.4. The site administration has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. The amended agreement comes into force from the moment of its publication on the site. The User (Buyer) cannot offer their own terms but may only accept the proposed offer.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.5. In accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine, the full and unquestionable acceptance of the terms of the public contract (acceptance), i.e., the public offer of the site, is the fact of placing an order by clicking the “Place Order” link in the cart, as well as in the case of payment for the order in the amount of 100% on the terms of this agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.6. The public offer is also considered accepted (accepted by the Buyer) when the Buyer registers on the website of the online store. By registering on the VERDE website and choosing their LOGIN and PASSWORD to access the online store (site), the Buyer confirms their agreement with:<\/span><\/p>\n
