Distance sales agreement for goods. Version dated 04.10.2026

1. General provisions

This document is the official public offer of the Seller (hereinafter the “Seller”) to conclude a distance sales agreement for goods through this website (hereinafter the “Website”). Placing an order on the Website constitutes the Buyer's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer (acceptance) in accordance with Articles 633, 641 and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

2. Definitions

Goods — products of the VERDE trademark (sweets, bars, sets) presented on the Website. Buyer — a legally capable natural person who places an order for personal needs. Order — a duly placed request by the Buyer to purchase the selected Goods.

3. Subject of the agreement

The Seller undertakes to transfer the Goods into the Buyer's ownership, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them on the terms of this offer. Images of the Goods on the Website are for illustration purposes; the appearance and packaging may differ slightly.

4. Placing an order

The Buyer places the order on the Website independently: adds Goods to the cart and specifies the recipient's first and last name, phone number, city and Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker. The Seller may contact the Buyer to confirm the order. If the Goods are out of stock, the Seller informs the Buyer and offers a replacement or a refund of the amount paid.

5. Price and payment

Prices on the Website are given in hryvnias and are valid at the time the order is placed. The Seller is not a VAT payer. Payment is made in one of the following ways:

• by card online via the monobank payment service (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay);
• on delivery — cash on delivery at a Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker (the money transfer fee is charged by the carrier according to its rates).

6. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta to the branch or parcel locker specified by the Buyer. For orders from 1 600 UAH delivery is free for the Buyer; for orders below that amount the delivery cost is paid by the Buyer at the carrier's rates. See the “Delivery and payment” page for details.

7. Returns and exchanges

Under Ukrainian law, food products of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return. If the Goods are defective, damaged in transit or do not match the order, the Buyer notifies the Seller via the contacts on the “Contacts” page — preferably with photos and the order number. In that case, at the Buyer's choice, the Seller replaces the Goods or refunds the amount paid in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”. We recommend checking the parcel when collecting it at the branch.

8. Liability of the parties

The parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance of the terms of this offer in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by the actions of the carrier, payment systems or force majeure.

9. Personal data

By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
